In accordance with the requirements of the CC&R’s section 12.2, the Board is sending a copy of the new proposed documents 30-days prior to the effective date. The rules shall become effective on December 1, 2023 unless disapproved at a meeting by Members representing at least 75% of the voting membership. The Board shall have no obligation to call a meeting of the Members to consider disapproval except upon petition of the Members as required for special meetings in Section 2.4 of the Bylaws.
