EPGCHA Bi-Annual Community-Wide Garage Sale
The Eagle Point Golf Community HOA (EPGCHA) hosts a bi-annual Garage Sale, which is the only time of year the residents can sell their items publicly. All residents may participate in the garage sale without registration or RSVP. We advertise this event online. We will be preparing a list of all the participant addresses.

The only rules for residents to be aware of are (1) no extra signage [the HOA will place signs in common areas across], (2) do not block the sidewalk with items [this is for pedestrian safety].
For Guests Visiting the Community:
You won't want to miss this 715 home community garage sale! Garage sale hours are 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. This is one of Eagle Point's largest garage sales in the city.
Please do not block sidewalks or driveways when parking. We want to make this event safe for pedestrians and homeowners. See below for a map of community homes.
