EPGCHA Bi-Annual Community-Wide Garage Sale
The Eagle Point Golf Community HOA (EPGCHA) hosts a bi-annual Garage Sale, which is the only time of year the residents can sell their items publicly. All residents may participate in the garage sale without registration or RSVP. We advertise this event online. We will be preparing a map of all the participants.

The only rules for residents to be aware of are (1) no extra signage [the HOA will place signs in common areas across the whole HOA], (2) do not block the sidewalk with items [this is for pedestrian safety].
For Guests Visiting the Community:
You won't want to miss this 656 home community garage sale! Garage sale hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This is one of Eagle Point's largest garage sales in the city.
