3rd Annual Holiday Soiree'
This year's event will be held on Sunday December 7, 2025 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Eagle Point Golf Club Pavilion.
Admission Tickets are $10.00 per person. Please RSVP with Candace Pickett at 541-625-0670, cpickett@fieldstonemanagement.com or at the HOA office at 177 Alta Vista Rd, Suite B, Eagle Point, 97524. Once you RSVP Candace will contact you when your ticket(s) are ready for pickup. Tickets must be purchased by 12/4/25 (for food count purposes). Tickets can be purchased either by check or cash (no debit or credit cards).
Golf Cart Decorating Contest & Parade! For those that would like to participate in the golf cart decorating contest and parade - there will be prizes for the top three decorated golf carts. All owners present at the event get to vote for their top 3 choices. If you don’t own a golf cart and would like to join in this event; the Eagle Point Golf Club will have carts available for rent at $30.00. To arrange for your rental please contact the Eagle Point Golf Club at 541-826-8225.
Do you still have the best ugly sweater tucked away in the closet? Then the ugly sweater contest is for you! There will be prizes for the top 3 ugly sweaters in the ugly sweater contest; voting is by applause for your absolute favorite!

The Eagle Point Women’s Club invites you to become a member!
EPWC is a social organization designed to give members a place to interact with other women of Eagle Point whether they are long-time residents or are new to the area
The group meets for lunch and a program at the Rogue Valley Country Club six times a year. In addition to the luncheons, activity groups meet at member’s homes. Existing groups include: Book Club, Bunko, Crafts, Culinary, Quilting, Day Outings, Gardening, Hiking, and Civics, just to name a few!
All Eagle Point women are welcome to join. Check online at epwomensclub.org for more information. Interested persons may attend any activity or a luncheon one time as a guest before becoming a member.
