MODIFICATION COMMITTEE (MC)
The Modification Committee (MC) is responsible for reviewing and approving ALL changes or additions to the outside of all homes. This includes exterior changes in the front, back, side yards. As well as any changes to the home from the original construction including but not limited to color changes, door/window changes. The goal is to maintain our quality community- wide standard, ensure harmony of esthetics and design amongst the homes, maintain, and enhance property values of the Eagle Point Golf Community.

Painting Your Home
The EPGCHA has utilized the professional services of Sherwin Williams to design a color palettes (base, trim, and accent) for our community. If you are changing the exterior color of your home, color choices are limited to these Board approved color schemes. Sherwin Williams also offers special pricing for EPGCHA homeowners and information about local painting contractors.
