EPGCHA Yard Care Program
The Eagle Point Golf Community Yard Care Program (EPGCYP) is intended to streamline communication with homeowners, reduce violation letters .
The EPGCYP allows the Eagle Point Golf Community HOA (EPGCHA) to communicate directly with an approved landscape maintenance company to correct issues with landscaping that falls below the Community-wide Standard. The landscape maintenance company will work with the homeowner to correct the issue or propose a plan to correct the issue with a timeline to complete.
EPGCHA shall not ask the homeowner or landscape maintenance company to make any modifications or changes to existing landscape. This program will replace the existing violation process for EPGCYP program members. If the homeowner or landscape maintenance company is unwilling or unable to correct the issue EPGCHA will follow standard violation policy and procedures. EPGCYP Approved Venders
EPGCHA Yard Care Program Venders must be license and insured. All EPGCYP venders are required to keep the landscaping of your client’s property up to the community-wide standard. EPGCHA validates each vender is license and insured and has agreed to keep the landscaping of client’s property up to the community-wide standard and allowed EPGCHA to contact them for any maintenance that is needed to bring the property back to the community standard.
EAGCHA Yard Care Program Venders are independent contractors and employed by the home owners not EPGCHA.
